These Terms apply to all products and services offered on jit365, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets), live casino games, slot machine games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers. They apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

jit365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically. To register an account with jit365, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity when registering.

jit365 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any time during your registration or continued use of the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in your account being suspended or closed.

By registering, you confirm:

• You are aged 21 or over.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• The personal information you have provided is accurate and up to date.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an account on jit365 that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

All deposits to jit365 accounts must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on jit365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. jit365 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred by a player when funding their mobile wallet from a foreign currency account are the sole responsibility of the player.

• Live in-play bets are subject to connection quality and platform availability. jit365 is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jit365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

jit365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability. jit365 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to players.

Nothing in these Terms limits jit365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct contact with support, jit365 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. Details of this process will be provided on request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jit365 is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
